The West Alabama Fiber Guild meets on the first and third Sundays of each month from 1-3 pm in the front room at the Tuscaloosa Department of Transportation building. The address is 1000 28th Avenue, in downtown Tuscaloosa.
Here are some directions: I 20/59, exit 71 onto I 359 heading north toward Tuscaloosa. I 359 changes to Lurleen Wallace Blvd. when you come into downtown Tuscaloosa (and the traffic lights). Turn left (west) onto Stillman Blvd. Turn Left at the first traffic light--it's just past the cemetery. The building will be on your right with a portico. There's a small parking lot just past the building. Enter the building under the portico, then first door on your left, across from the reception/security guy.
We maintain a library of books and equipment for loan.
