Welcome to the West Alabama Fiber Guild Newsletter I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving!   Next event:  Dickens Downtown Tuesday, December 1, 2015, 5:00 to 8:00 pm Location: Historic Downtown Northport Carol will be demonstrating bobbin lace indoors.  Space for demonstrators indoors is limited.  However, any guild member can participate outside.  This can be a fun event, especially if the weather is nice.  Contact Carol for more information if you are interested in attending. Next meeting:  Sunday, December 6, 2015, 1:00 to 3:00 pm Location: 1000 28th Avenue, Tuscaloosa Topic:  Year In Review and Planning for 2016 We plan to discuss program ideas for next year.  Please bring your suggestions.

News: Carol will look into buying another EZ-up tent for the guild to use at Kentuck. We will not have a meeting on the first Sunday in January, due to the holidays.  Our first meeting of 2016 will be on Sunday, January 17.  The topic will be Spinning Sunday and Program Planning.

Other Tidbits: Temporary Emergency Services on 15th Street is "Looking for Knitters."
