Welcome to the West Alabama Fiber Guild Newsletter

Next meeting:  Sunday, March 5, 2017, 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
Location: 1000 28th Avenue, Tuscaloosa
Topic:  Spindle Spinning and Drafting
Bring your favorite spindle and wool fiber (ready to be spun).
A few extra spindles will be available if you don't have one and wish to learn.

Our request for an extended meeting time of 11:00 am to 3:00 pm on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month has been approved by TDOT.  Our official meeting start time will still be 1:00 pm, but you are welcome to come early if you would like to work on projects or ask for help with a particular technique.

We have also requested to use the room at TDOT on alternate Sundays through the end of April, but that hasn't been approved yet.
